The apartment is located on the 1st floor of 4 floors and is quiet, situated at the back, facing green areas and a small stream. It consists of a large living room with a kitchenette, separated by a counter that serves as a dining area, two bedrooms (one used by the owners as a study), a bathroom with a bathtub, and a guest toilet (both bathrooms equipped with windows). The large balcony, accessible from the living room and the study, has a sea view. The floors are tiled throughout.

 

The kitchen is equipped with a stove, oven with fan, and large Samsung refrigerator/freezer (especially quiet, about 2 years old) and upper and lower cabinets.

 

The apartment is furnished and well equipped, of course, with air conditioning and radiators for colder days. There is a washing machine in the guest toilet. The balcony has an awning, all larger windows have external blinds and internal blinds and/or curtains. The owners have used the apartment year-round and have provided ample storage space. Armchairs and sofa in the living room can be converted into guest beds.

 

The apartment was renovated and furnished in 2022 and 2023. An infrared heater was also installed in the bathroom. It is ideally suited for year-round living or as a rental property.

 

A parking space for a car can be purchased separately. Price on request.

 

The complex was built in 2008/2009 and consists of four buildings in a loose layout with different offsets and floor heights and with open staircases. The complex has a pool with sun loungers, additional seating is located outdoors.

 

The complex is quietly located at the end of a cul-de-sac, has its own parking lot which is gated with a barrier. A parking space belongs to the owners of the apartments offered

 

 here and can be purchased separately (price on request). The management has an office in the complex. They take care of the maintenance and cleaning of the complex and also take care of the apartments if necessary, including rental services, for which a monthly fee of 83.33 euros is charged.

 

The beach promenade is a 10-minute walk away, and shops are a two to three-minute walk away.

 

Petrovac is a charming little town on the coast, about halfway between Budva and Bar. The town is located in a small bay surrounded by hills. Particularly noteworthy are the promenade and the small alleys in the old town, the cliffside restaurant Ponta, and the old fortress.

 

Petrovac has good infrastructure: Voli supermarkets, Cosmetics, Aroma Market, bakeries, kiosks, doctors, pharmacies, hotels, restaurants, cafes, schools, police, fire brigade, offices of electricity and water works, post office, green market, smaller shops, many of them open year-round, as well as a bus station.

 

Beach life is spread out between the town beach and the beach of Lučice, located in the next bay towards Buljarica. During the season, numerous excursions are offered from Petrovac, including to the two small islands located in front of the bay. You can walk along the coast in both directions and also inland, for example to the Gradište monastery.
