The apartment is located on the third floor out of four, with an elevator, and consists of a large living room with a kitchenette, separated by a counter that serves as a dining area, a bedroom, and a bathroom with a shower. The large balcony, accessible from the living room and bedroom, has a sea view. The floors are tiled throughout.

The kitchen is equipped with a stove (4 burners), oven with convection, fridge/freezer, and upper and lower cabinets.

The apartment is furnished and well-equipped, of course, with air conditioning and a radiator for colder days. There is a washing machine in the bathroom, the balcony has two awnings (long and narrow sides), all larger windows have exterior blinds or curtains. The owners have used the apartment year-round and provided ample storage space accordingly.

The apartment was extensively renovated and furnished anew in the years 2022/2023. The awnings, fridge, and washing machine, air conditioning, shower, water heater in the bathroom, cabinets, bed, living room furniture, electric kitchen appliances are new. An infrared heater was also installed in the bathroom.

The apartment is quiet, situated to the side, next to green areas and a small stream.

The complex is located in a quiet cul-de-sac, with parking secured by a barrier. A parking space belongs to the owners of the apartments offered here and can be purchased separately (price on request).

The management has an office in the complex. They take care of the maintenance and cleaning of the complex and, if necessary, also take care of the apartments, including rental services, for which a monthly fee of 83.33 euros is charged.

The beach promenade is a 10-minute walk away, and the shops are a two to three-minute walk away.

 

Petrovac is a charming small town on the coast, about halfway between Budva and Bar. The place is located in a small bay surrounded by hills. Particularly worth seeing are the promenade and the narrow streets in the old town, the cliffside restaurant Ponta, and the old fortress.

 

Petrovac has good infrastructure: Voli, Cosmetics, Aroma Market, bakeries, kiosks, doctors, pharmacies, hotels, restaurants, cafes, schools, police, fire

 

 department, offices of electricity and water utilities, post office, green market, smaller shops, many of which are open year-round, also a bus station.

 

Beach life is distributed between the town beach and the beach of Lučice, located in the next bay towards Buljarica. During the season, numerous excursions are offered from Petrovac, including visits to the two small islands in front of the bay. You can walk along the coast in both directions and also inland, for example, to the Gradište Monastery.
