Cosy stone house,160 m2, with a sea view, in a little village Zagora-Krimovica near Budva, Kotor municipality, Montenegro.

This beautiful stone house was reconstructed in 2006.  

On the ground floor there is a huge living room, a store room, a big kitchen,  guest shower and toilette.

On the first floor there are three big bedrooms and a bathroom with toilette.

The famous Montenegrin beach “ JAZ “ ( one of the most beautiful beaches in Europe ) is in 8 minutes drive, and the beaches “Trsteno” and “Ploce” - in 5 minutes drive.

A very nice beach is in 15 minutes walk.

Budva is 17 minutes away and the airport Tivat  - about 25 minutes away.
